We stand behind our soap. If you experience an allergic reaction to any of our products please bring it back — no receipt required, no questions asked (okay maybe a few questions, we're soap nerds and we want to know which one did it so we can make it better). Returns are accepted within a reasonable time frame because life happens and we get it.

Please be aware that our products contain essential oils, botanical extracts, and natural powders that may be sensitizing to some individuals. These are real plant derived ingredients and as with anything in nature, individual reactions vary. We are a small batch operation and do not operate in a facility that separates known allergens. If you have known sensitivities to specific plants, botanicals, or essential oils please review the full ingredient list on each product before purchasing. We make this information available because we believe you have a right to know exactly what you are putting on your body.

Please note that our current line represents our inaugural collection. While our formulas are tried, tested, and solid, you may notice slight variations in scent intensity or texture from bar to bar. This is the nature of small batch handcrafted soap and we consider it a feature not a bug. No two bars are exactly alike and that's kind of the point.

Our soaps are currently offered at an introductory price reflecting this first run. Damaged or defective products should not exist — if yours does, bring it back and we will make it right.
