We stand behind our soap. If it wasn't everything you hoped it would be, let us know. Maybe you expected more bubbles. Maybe your big toes still aren't clean. Maybe the scent turned you into a werewolf. Whatever the reason, we'll make it right. No awkward interrogation (okay, maybe a couple questions—we're soap nerds and we'd love to know what happened). Please contact us within a reasonable time because life happens, and we get it, but we want to make it right. 

Please be aware that our products contain essential oils, botanical extracts, and natural powders that may be sensitizing to some individuals. These are real plant derived ingredients and as with anything in nature, individual reactions vary. We are a small batch operation and do not operate in a facility that separates known allergens. If you have known sensitivities to specific plants, botanicals, or essential oils please review the full ingredient list on each product before purchasing. We make this information available because we believe you have a right to know exactly what you are putting on your body.

Please note that our products are derived from natural ingredients which can change from season to season. Our formulas are tried, tested, and solid, but you may still notice slight variations in scent intensity or texture from bar to bar. This is the nature of small batch handcrafted soap and we consider it a feature not a bug. No two bars are exactly alike and that's kind of the point.

Damaged or defective products should not exist — if yours does, let us know and we will make it right.
