Our Story

Fivery started the way most good things do — out of frustration and a refusal to pay $20 for a "naturalish" deodorant. So we made one. In a kitchen, at night, on a Friday for about $80. 

What started as a passion project decades ago, sadly got put on hold by life. But the idea never went away. Once the deodorant worked, and we (the dogs and I) got it down under that $20, we started wondering what else we could make. Lip balms. Lotions. Conditioners. Soaps. Turns out when you buy quality ingredients in bulk, you can make better products than the ones lining store shelves — for a fraction of the price.

Bar soap was never the plan. Honestly, we hated bar soap. It always left our skin dry, overly scented, and full of ingredients we couldn't pronounce. Then we learned that every bodywash we'd ever loved was basically bottled fragrance. That revelation sent us down a rabbit hole we never climbed out of, including a certification in aromatherapy.

Every formula is 100% plant based, built on legacy oils like organic olive, shea, extra virgin and organic coconut and organic castor that have been trusted for centuries. We don't cut corners with cheap palm oil. No dirty stuff to make you clean.

Every formula has been tested on real humans.... mostly ourselves and the occasional unsuspecting friends and family who survived the early batches and lived to tell the tale.

Fivery is self taught, independently made, and built on the belief that non toxic, quality products should be within everyone's reach. Eventually the goal is to use proceeds to support organizations that matter. For now we're just really glad you're here and we hope you enjoy the suds.
